What will my credit card statement look like?
Your credit card will be billed as '513 Ventures', and will not say anything related to detoxification or drug testing. For more information, see our Privacy Policy page.

I heated Quick Fix Urine up in my microwave and it is hot, but the temperature strip is black. Is it broken?
The temperature strip is perfectly fine. Relax. You simply heated the Quick Fix Synthetic Urine up too much. If the product is hot to the touch, it is over 100 degrees. Detach the heat pad. Let the Quick Fix cool below 100 degrees with the cap off. Once it is less than 100 degrees, the temperature strip will change colors. Attach the heat pad and you should be set.

Can you write special instructions on my package for the UPS driver?
To protect the privacy of our customers and staff, it is our policy not to write anything on the package. We suggest leaving a note for the UPS driver on your door if you would like them to leave the package. For more information see our Privacy Policy page.
